Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Overview

1. The transformer core uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets from Baowu Group, cut and stacked using a seven-step 45° fully mitered joint process. No-load losses, no-load current, and operating noise are all superior to national and industry standards, effectively reducing product weight, dimensions, and greatly reducing transformer inrush current during closing.
2. According to different protection classes, ANSYS simulation technology is used for multi-physics field coupling simulation to design corresponding heat dissipation and cooling systems. The structure fully considers air circulation to ensure heat dissipation performance while effectively providing protection.
3. The transformer enclosure is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, with high-temperature silicone rubber strips sealing between the frame and movable panels, meeting protection class requirements while effectively reducing vibration noise. The enclosure meets C5M anticorrosion standards, with corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and UV resistance. The coating is crack-resistant and wear-resistant.
4. The transformer is easy to wire and can be equipped with voltmeters, ammeters, power indicators, circuit breakers, etc., according to user requirements. It can also use our company's developed intelligent module to comprehensively monitor the transformer's operating status, including real-time power transmission, operating voltage and current, operating temperature, insulation performance monitoring, etc.
5. The design of double insula tion, reinforced insulation, and auxiliary insulation systems, as well as the selection of insulation materials, are superior to national standards, ensuring the safety of products and equipment, making it a true "isola tion transformer".

Environmental Conditions for Used

Altitude:≤ 2000m (products for altitudes above 2000m can be customized)
Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~+55℃
Relative humidity: ≤ 95%

Applications:

Isolation transformers are used in situations where high power quality and safety requirements are needed, such as medical equipment, laboratory instruments, industrial automation control systems, and electronic communication equipment. Their main purpose is to electrically isolate the input side from the output side, thus pr eventing interference signals, noise, electric shock, etc. from the power source from damaging equipment and personnel, and providing stable, reliable, and safe power to ensure normal equipment operation and personnel safety.

Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I
