SF6 inflatable sleeve (composite, ceramic) is mainly composed of external insulation, internal conductor, internal shielding cover, external pressure equalization ring and other components. The external insulation adopts ceramic or composite jacket, and the internal assembly includes integrated conductive rod and shielding structure. SF6 gas filled sleeve (composite, ceramic) is mainly used in GIS/GCB equipment and is an important part of power grid equipment.

It acts as a key insulation and current-carrying component for GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and HGIS. With SF6 gas as internal insulation (same pressure as the substation), it connects gas-insulated equipment to overhead lines, realizing safe current transmission while isolating the equipment shell from high voltage, ensuring stable operation of power systems.
Widely used in GIS/HGIS substations, SF6 combined electrical appliances, and high-voltage switchgear. Voltage ranges from medium to ultra-high (up to 550kV), rated current up to 5000A, with 1min power frequency withstand voltage up to 740kV and lightning impulse withstand voltage up to 1675kV.
