DTL intermediate copper aluminum terminal is a core accessory designed to solve the pain points of transition connection between copper and aluminum conductors in power systems. It is mainly used to achieve intermediate connection between copper core cables/wires and aluminum core cables/wires, filling the technical gap of connecting conductors of different materials. It is widely applicable to distribution lines, industrial equipment wiring, and new energy power stations, ensuring stable current transmission.
Performance advantage: adaptable to multiple scene requirements
Low resistance and efficient conductivity: The high-quality combination of T2 copper and 1060 pure aluminum, combined with friction welding technology, ensures excellent overall conductivity. At rated current, the temperature rise at the connection point is ≤ 30K (far below the national standard limit of 50K), reducing energy transmission losses;
Strong mechanical stability: After crimping, the copper and aluminum ends are tightly engaged with the corresponding conductors, with a tensile strength of ≥ 1.5 times the wire breaking force. It can withstand the stress caused by line vibration, thermal expansion and contraction, and will not loosen or break after long-term use;
Wide environmental adaptability: Double protection of surface tin plating and anodizing, stable operation in temperature range of -40 ℃~120 ℃ and humidity ≤ 95%, suitable for complex working conditions such as outdoor, humid, industrial pollution, etc;
Installation convenience: No professional welding skills required, only hydraulic crimping pliers (compatible with corresponding specifications of molds) are needed to complete crimping, high construction efficiency, single terminal installation time ≤ 5 minutes, suitable for on-site fast wiring needs
