Product Detail

Product introduction:

GW4C Switch Disconnector is a kind of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipment’s at three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that these lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricity runs Is changed. In addition, It can be used lo exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and breaker. The switch can open and close inductance/capacitance current and is able to open and close the bus to switch current.

This product has two insulators with horizontal center breaks. It Is openable In the middle and accessible to the grounding switch on one side or two sides. The disconnect switch adopts CS14G or CS11 manual operating mechanism or CJ2 motor-based operating mechanism to realize the tri-pole linkage,The earthing switch adopts CS14G manual operating mechanism to actual亿e tri-pole linkage

This product has been verified by the Chinese competent authority as having uniqueness in design and reaching intonational advanced level of similar products.

GW4C disconnect switch comprises three single poles and operating mechanism. Each single pole is made of a base, post insulator and conductive part revoting insulating posts are mounted at both sides of a long base. The conductive switch blade's contact arms are respectively fixed at the tops of the insulating posts.

When the Insulating post at one end of the actuator revolves to drive, and through the cross-over lever, brings the insulating post at the other end to rotate reversely by 90° to make the conductive switch blade circumgyrate. In this way, the isolating switch is opened and closed.

Main characteristic:

  • The conductive arm made of rectangular Al-alloy pipes is characterized by high strength, light weight targe radiation area and strong stance against corruption
  • The finger is made of pure copper and has a silver plating process. It has strong now capacity and long mechanical life. The stamping process ensures the reliability of contact and finger contact.
  • The contact finger pressure is prohormonal to the primary insertion depth of the contact, the sensitivity is low, the contact insertion area is long, the on-site debugging is difficult, and the product is highly reliable against adverse interference such as harsh environment (winding of the flexible wire).
  • The contact Is made of curved copper plate. In the opening and closing processes, there is a short trip of friction between the contact and the finger and the required operating force is small.
  • The rotating parts of the Switch Disconnector are designed to be free of any maintenance. The rotating base is designed into a closure structure which denies t沺access of moisture, dust and harmful gases so that the low-temperature lubricating cream within the bearing will not run off or harden.
  •  Provide one-key sequential control "double confirmation" function expansion

 Order notice:

Product model, rated voltage, rated current, Rated short-time withstand current and creepage distance must be specified at the goods-ordering time.

The disconnect switch offers several options of grounding (Left, right, both left and right).Unless otherwise specified, the goods supplied will be considered as providing the option of right grounding;

Note:

  • The methods of judging left end right grounding: hold out both arms and keep the arms in the same direction as the disconnect switch is opened. The earthing switch will be considered as left grounding non the left hand side, and right grounding if on the right hand side;
  • The operating mechanism, motor voltage, control voltage and the number of contacts for auxiliary switch;
  • When the Switch Disconnector is used at the incoming and outgoing terminals of the substation in the double loop parallel overhead power transmission line, if the earthing switch requires the opening/dosing induction current then such requirement shall be specified. Besides, the parameters and the side at which the earthing switch Is set shall be defined. (Special notice: Not all earthing switches attached to the earthing switches and disconnect switches at the substation shall require the opening/closing Induction current)

How does a transformer work?
How does a transformer work?
Transformer Operation PrincipleA transformer is an electrical device that operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction to transfer electrical energy from one circuit to another. It enables the adjustment of voltage levels within an alternating current (AC) system, either stepping up (increasing) or stepping down (decreasing) voltage while maintaining the same frequency.Working Principle:Basic ComponentsA transformer consists of two coils, known as windings—the "primary winding" connect

Constant testing of high-voltage cable lines
Constant testing of high-voltage cable lines
1. Definition of High-Voltage Cable Line Constant TestingHigh-voltage cable line constant testing refers to the systematic measurement, using specialized instruments, of electrical parameters such as resistance, inductance, capacitance, and conductance before a cable line is commissioned or after major maintenance. The aim is to obtain fundamental data characterizing the electromagnetic properties of the cable, serving as a critical testing phase that provides accurate parameter support for powe

Withstand voltage test of high-voltage cables
Withstand voltage test of high-voltage cables
Withstand voltage test is an insulation test, but it is a destructive test that can reveal insulation defects difficult to detect in non-destructive testing.The test cycle for high-voltage cables is three years, and it must be conducted after non-destructive tests. In other words, the withstand voltage test is performed only after all non-destructive tests have been passed.Most high-voltage cables used today are cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables, which can have large cross-sections and cov

Analysis of Abnormal Causes of High-Voltage Cable Grounding Circulation and Typical Cases
I. Introduction to Cable Grounding Loop CurrentCables rated 110 kV and above use a single-core structure. The alternating magnetic field generated by the operating current induces a voltage on the metallic sheath. If the sheath forms a closed circuit through the earth, a grounding loop current will flow on the metallic sheath. Excessive grounding loop current (loop current exceeding 50 A, more than 20% of the load current, or a ratio of maximum-to-minimum phase current greater than 3) not only a
