DS46 series disconnector adopts single-column double-arm folding structure, expands the clamp range of vertical fracture disconnector, enhances the stability of opening and closing operation, and improves the flow ability. The ground switch has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation and easy operation.

Main Features:

 

  • Beautiful appearance, strong flow ability, high insulation level, long mechanical life.

  • Strong anti-corrosion ability, the conductive system is made of aluminum alloy material, the base is welded and hot-dip galvanized, the transmission system is made of stainless steel material or cast aluminum parts, the transmission part of the conductive system is completely sealed, so that the product as a whole has good anti-corrosion.

  •  Clamp range is large, suitable for large-span soft bus, but also suitable for pipe bus.

  • Adapt to large areas of wind and sand.

Basic Principle:

The operation of an isolator switch is based on a simple mechanical contact principle. When the operating handle (or electric operating mechanism) moves the moving contact to touch or separate from the stationary contact, the circuit is accordingly connected or disconnected. The contacts are typically made of materials with good electrical conductivity, such as copper or copper alloys, to ensure excellent conductivity and low contact resistance.
