The product consists of an insulating epoxy resin glass fiber rod, a silicone rubber umbrella skirt sheath, hardware, and a grading ring. It is used in transmission lines to achieve mechanical connection and electrical insulation between conductors and towers.

The connection between the epoxy resin glass fiber rod and the hardware adopts a crimping process, with crimping parameters controlled digitally, ensuring consistent and reliable mechanical performance. The umbrella skirt and sheath are made of silicone rubber, and the umbrella shape adopts an aerodynamic structural design, featuring excellent pollution flashover resistance. The sealing of the umbrella skirt, sheath, and the end of the hardware adopts a high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber integral injection molding process, ensuring reliable interface and sealing performance.
