In the rational application of intelligent technologies, the integrated intelligent ring main unit in 10kV distribution automation construction is more conducive to improving the construction level of 10kV distribution automation and ensuring the stability of 10kV distribution automation construction.

1 Research Background Integrated intelligent ring main unit. 

(1) The integrated intelligent ring main unit adopts more advanced technologies, including but not limited to network technology, communication technology, etc. In this way, it can monitor various parameters, including power equipment operation status parameters, distribution network data parameters, device performance parameters, etc., and simultaneously conduct control and remote sensing processing. 

On this basis, it can help enterprises and staff more accurately and timely understand the actual operation situation of the 10kV distribution network, and determine whether fault problems and shutdown problems occur during the operation of the 10kV distribution network, enabling the 10kV distribution network to achieve more ideal automatic power supply effects and more stable power transmission. Thus, it can be seen that the integrated intelligent ring main unit has more advanced functions, higher intelligence level, and is more conducive to improving the reliability and stability of the distribution network. 

(2) In the application of integrated intelligent ring main units, there are more advanced and automatic device equipment, including but not limited to transformer equipment, automatic power equipment, intelligent transformer equipment, etc. Through the rational application of the above equipment devices, real-time remote control of equipment in the 10kV distribution network can be achieved, along with more precise positioning and more comprehensive monitoring, helping staff quickly discover faults, then promptly activate the intelligent ring main unit to cut off the current, effectively isolating faults and preventing other devices from being affected by 10kV automation equipment failures. 

Additionally, in the application process of integrated intelligent ring main units, it can also transmit large amounts of data and images, helping enterprises and staff timely understand the real-time operation of the distribution network, promptly identify problems, and properly handle them, effectively enhancing the automation construction level of the 10kV distribution network.

2 Application of Integrated Intelligent Ring Main Units in 10kV Distribution Network Automation 

Remote dispatch control and voltage monitoring. Currently, in the construction of 10kV distribution network automation, to effectively build intelligent power systems, it is necessary to focus on the application of integrated intelligent ring main units. Through rational application of integrated intelligent ring main units, it is more conducive to helping enterprises and staff schedule current anytime. Meanwhile, with the assistance of integrated intelligent ring main units, staff can analyze actual power consumption in various regions, then complete current transmission to various regions, ensuring more uniform distribution of current and avoiding power shortages.

This not only better satisfies user power demands but also achieves stability in voltage and current, ensuring the power system operates more efficiently and stably during operation. Additionally, in the application process of integrated intelligent ring main units, remote control of automated distribution networks is also achieved, followed by monitoring of equipment including voltage monitoring, circuit current monitoring, switch position status monitoring, etc. After conducting remote monitoring work, unstable voltage problems and poor closure issues at power switches can be promptly detected and reported. Then, staff can judge poorly performing equipment based on remote monitoring displays, install new power equipment, and replace new parts, enabling the 10kV distribution network to operate more automatically, safely, and reliably during operation.

Intelligent control of 10kV distribution network. In past development, 10kV distribution networks often experienced shutdown problems, affecting normal power usage to some extent. Looking at the reasons for this problem, it was largely due to the backwardness of technologies and equipment used at that time. In response, in recent years, with the continuous development of modern science and technology in China, integrated intelligent ring main units have emerged objectively, and are increasingly widely applied in the construction of 10kV distribution network automation. 

During actual construction work, through the application of integrated intelligent ring main units, control of the 10kV distribution network can be achieved, facilitating adjustment of current and power, ensuring stability of equipment voltage and current, and ensuring stability of the power system, thereby building a more efficient, automated, and intelligent distribution network. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that in the application of integrated intelligent ring main units, their functions are fully utilized, control equipment can be adjusted anytime, and transmitted current volume is properly controlled to prevent equipment performance damage due to excessive current intensity. 

Additionally, in the application process of integrated intelligent ring main units, staff do not need to monitor all equipment in real-time; they only need to operate the integrated intelligent ring main unit under step guidance to complete control of voltage and current, ensure stability of power equipment during operation, and ensure current transmission better meets requirements.

Automatic fault point detection. Analysis of the 10kV distribution network automation system often involves more equipment, more devices, and more power stations for composition, which also makes the internal structure of the 10kV distribution network automation system more complex. Among these, observing the composition equipment, when a fault occurs in one component equipment and cannot be detected in time, it will bring negative impacts on the overall operation of the automated power system, preventing stable current transmission, causing performance damage to power equipment, and even making many devices unable to be used correctly. 

Therefore, to ensure the smooth construction of 10kV distribution automation, it is also necessary to focus on the application of integrated intelligent ring main units, ensure good performance of integrated intelligent ring main units, promptly locate faults in the power system, analyze reasons for distribution network shutdowns, and promote effective resolution of fault problems. Additionally, in this process, the remote sensing function of integrated intelligent ring main units can also be utilized to precisely locate fault positions. 

Then, analyze the causes of fault problems, formulate and implement correct handling methods for fault problems, enabling timely recovery of damaged equipment performance due to faults. Thus, it can be seen that in the application process of integrated intelligent ring main units, there are very rich functions that can automatically search for faults without consuming more time, also reducing personnel burden to some extent, and providing more guarantees for the automation and advanced construction of 10kV distribution networks. In this regard, it is currently necessary to focus on introducing advanced technologies in the construction of 10kV distribution network automation.

Automatic data and image transmission. In the context of modern economic and social development, the overall power consumption of cities has objectively increased, placing higher demands on the construction and operation of power systems. On this basis, to ensure the needs of power users, it is necessary to guarantee good performance of power equipment. At the same time, improve the automation and intelligence functions of power equipment.

In this regard, when constructing automation for 10kV distribution networks, it is necessary to properly apply integrated intelligent ring main units, and in their application, ensure that the efficiency and operation status of the power system during operation can be obtained in a timely manner, especially integrating various data and images, and transmitting this data and images to the distribution network database. Therefore, operators can use computer technology to display and view data information and images, judge line conditions, analyze whether damage problems have occurred, and then organize staff to conduct targeted handling, which is of great significance.

3 Conclusion 

In modern 10kV distribution automation construction, to achieve more ideal results, it is necessary to properly apply integrated intelligent ring main units. Compared to traditional technology applications, the application of integrated intelligent ring main units has more significant advantages and mechanisms, capable of automatically searching for various problems existing in the distribution network, including fault problems, short circuit problems, poor contact problems, etc. 

At the same time, the application of integrated intelligent ring main units can also complete automatic transmission of distribution network data and images, more truly, accurately, and clearly grasping equipment operation conditions, improving the efficiency and stability of distribution network operation. Additionally, the application of integrated intelligent ring main units can also remotely regulate current in the distribution network, control power transmission volume in real-time, and ensure stability of equipment voltage and power.
