It complies with prevailing IEC switchgear standards, defines mechanical construction, safety interlock requirements, two transformer‑feeder protection schemes, DMS‑FRTU auxiliary‑system configuration, outdoor kiosk specifications, strict witness‑type‑test requirements, warehouse lot‑sampling acceptance rules and complete tender‑phase document deliverables for high‑humidity tropical urban operating environment.
