This document applies to the technical requirements for the design, testing, supply, installation, and related supporting equipment (sensors, controllers, cables, etc.) of Ring Main Units on EEHC in 24kV HV Switchgear.
ROCKWILL 24kV Ring Main Unit is engineered to fully comply with EEHC Distribution Materials Specification EDMS 02-202-1 for Egyptian medium voltage distribution network. The earthing busbar shall be copper with cross-section not less than 150 mm², capable to withstand the full rated short-time fault current for 3 seconds.
