Description

The RPS-15 15kV pole-mounted SF6 gas-insulated load break switch is KEMA type tested and fully compliant with IEC 62271-103. Developed for overhead pole installation, it offers multiple configurable versions: manual, motorized, remote control and automatic sectionalizer. It delivers safe, low-maintenance and intelligent switching solutions for global medium-voltage overhead distribution networks.

3mm Stainless Steel Tank, Low Weld Seams & Internal Arc Resistance：High-quality stainless steel enclosure minimizes corrosion risks; withstands full internal arc faults without hot gas ejection to secure field operators.
Patented Spiral Spring Operating Mechanism：Independent spring unit with ROCKWILL® proprietary spiral spring, stable opening/closing speed to guarantee reliable load breaking and short-circuit making performance.
High-Visibility Reflective Position Indicator：Shaft-linked reflective marker, clear ON/OFF identification from ground level day and night, even under heavy rain or fog.
Full Sealed SF6 Gas Monitoring & Lock-out Protection：Hermetic gas chamber equipped with density switch, density gauge and low-pressure lock-out mechanism to prevent insulation failure from gas loss.
Optional Intelligent Secondary Control Terminal：Matching outdoor control box integrates full electrical monitoring, fault recording and remote control for unattended distribution automation.
IP67 Mechanism Box & Wide Environmental Adaptability：IP67 protection grade, operates stably from -40°C to +60°C, suitable for installation altitude up to 2500m.
