Medium-voltage switchgear built to cut carbon in every way it can — no SF6 leakage, zero-GWP insulation, recyclable enclosure and lower lifecycle footprint. The switchgear choice that helps you meet your decarbonization target.

Switchgear carbon footprint splits into two parts: the gas sealed inside (the big, reportable one) and the embodied energy of the materials themselves.
Conventional SF6 switchgear carries a huge hidden cost: SF6 has a global warming potential around 23,500 times that of CO2, so every kilogram that leaks equals thousands of kilograms of CO2. Low carbon switchgear eliminates this entirely by using dry air or solid insulation with zero GWP. It also uses recyclable steel enclosures and copper busbars, so the embodied carbon is recoverable at end of life instead of becoming waste. The result is a product that is genuinely aligned with net-zero procurement.
Dry air or solid epoxy means nothing with a warming potential is sealed into the tank — no leakage, no reporting, no recovery.
Steel enclosure and copper busbar are standard recyclable materials — recoverable rather than landfilled.
Sealed vacuum interrupters last decades, limiting replacement waste and extending the carbon amortization period.

Many utility and corporate tenders now require SF6-free, zero-GWP equipment. This switchgear meets the clause directly.
You can report zero CO2-equivalent leakage from the switchgear — a defensible, auditable line in your sustainability report.
No gas venting (Scope 1) and lower-loss, monitored operation (Scope 2) keep both emissions accounts clean.
No fluorinated gas means no phase-out exposure, no gas inventory and no recovery contractor at end of life.

Equipped with current transformers and various sensors, this GIS integrates overcurrent, short-circuit, ground fault and overvoltage protection functions; it monitors real-time electrical parameters, automatically trips the circuit breaker and triggers protection actions once current or voltage abnormalities are detected to isolate faulty circuits and guarantee safe operation of the power system and equipment.
Solid-insulated switchgear uses epoxy resin with no gas sealing and requires insulation aging monitoring, whereas gas-insulated switchgear uses dry air/nitrogen with strict sealing, offers partial self-healing after faults, and demands gas pressure and dew point checks.
Solid-insulated eco-friendly switchgear is ideally suited for harsh operating conditions, including coastal high-humidity areas, dusty and oily environments, extremely cold regions, urban cores and ecological protection zones, as well as confined installation spaces. It effectively eliminates risks such as gas leakage and low-temperature liquefaction, while fully complying with stringent environmental protection policies.
The solid insulation performance is fully verified through five core standard tests including dielectric strength test, partial discharge test, aging life test, mechanical strength test and pollution test, ensuring stable and reliable insulation performance under various complex and harsh operating conditions.
