Description:
QEFG The series of environmentally friendly gas switch cabinets is a type of gas switch cabinet independently developed, which uses a safe and environmentally friendly mixed gas to replace SF6 as the insulating medium in the gas chamber, thus solving the problem of SF6 gas leakage pollution. It has a high level of operational safety and serves as a core unit in the distribution network, applied within the distribution network. The equipment mainly consists of modular components such as a sealed switch gas chamber, cable room base, mechanism room, and instrument room, among which the core components include the sealed circuit breaker switch body, load switch body, three-position isolation grounding switch body, and environmentally friendly insulating sleeve, achieving a fully sealed, maintenance-free structure.
The vacuum circuit breaker and vacuum load switch adopt a universal main structure design, better ensuring the consistency of the switch body; the main circuit's opening and closing is achieved using a simple and reliable spring mechanism, with a knob for opening and closing; the three-position isolation grounding switch uses a mature knife switch structure, which inherently prevents the risk of the main conductive circuit being energized while connecting to the ground.
QEFG The series of environmentally friendly gas switch cabinets is equipped with an intelligent online monitoring system that monitors the status of key parts within the switch cabinet in real-time, obtains status parameters, and automatically assesses the likelihood of faults occurring, providing strong assurance for the normal operation of the switch cabinet and the entire distribution line.
Typical Applications
QEFG The series of environmentally friendly gas switch cabinets is a green, environmentally friendly switch device that has undergone type testing and is suitable for various distribution systems, including under extremely harsh environmental conditions, such as:
Substations:User substations, substations and switching stations for power systems and public facilities.
Industrial Field:Wind power stations, high-rise buildings, airports, open-pit coal mines, subway stations, sewage treatment plants, port facilities, traction power supply systems, automotive industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry.Cement industry, thermal power plants, textile industry, paper industry, and emergency power supply systems.
