CJX8 series AC contactor to protect motor

CJX8 series AC contactors are mainly suitable for AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated working voltage to 690V, rated working electricity Flow to 370A circuit system for long-distance access to and disconnect circuits or frequent start and control of AC motors, and can be used with JRS8 series thermal overload relays form an electromagnetic starter to protect the overload circuit that may occur in the motor. The product complies with: GB/T 14048.4 IEC60947-4-1 and other standards.

Normal Operating Conditions and Installation Conditions

• Ambient air temperature: -5°C ~ +40°C, with the average value within 24 hours not exceeding +35°C;

• Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m.

• Atmospheric conditions: When the maximum temperature is +40°C, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at +20°C. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes.

• Pollution degree: Class 3.

• Installation category: Category III

• Installation position: The inclination of the contactor's mounting surface from the vertical plane shall not be greater than ±5°.

• Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place without significant shaking, shock, and vibration.

Structural Features

• Front-mounted structure with the contact system at the front and the magnetic system at the back, including CJX8-09 - CJX8-30 (B9 - B30).

• Reverse-mounted structure with the contact system at the back and the magnetic system at the front, including CJX8-37 - CJX8-370 (B37 - B370).
