40.5kV Solid Insulated Switchgear：FYG series solid insulated switchgear is suitable for medium voltage power distribution system with rated current of 630A/1250A. It is more reliable than the SF6 ring main unit, and is more suitable for the wider application of GB standards and IEC standards.

• Solid insulation performance adapted to 40.5kV high voltage: Adopts high-strength solid insulating materials such as epoxy resin, with insulation design optimized for the 40.5kV high-voltage level. It features stable insulation strength, unaffected by environmental factors like humidity and contamination, effectively reducing the risks of flashover and breakdown under high voltage, and ensuring the reliable operation of high-voltage power distribution systems.

• All-condition eco-friendly gas-free design: Abandons greenhouse gases such as SF₆, fundamentally eliminating environmental hazards and operation/maintenance risks caused by gas leakage. It complies with international environmental regulations and green power grid construction requirements, and is particularly suitable for high-voltage distribution scenarios sensitive to environmental protection, such as ecological protection zones and urban core areas.

• Compact high-voltage adaptive structure: Combines a metal-enclosed shell with a modular layout, significantly reducing volume while meeting the 40.5kV high-voltage insulation distance. Its floor area is only 60%-70% of traditional equipment, making it suitable for space-constrained high-voltage distribution sites such as substations and large industrial parks, simplifying installation layouts.

• Multiple high-voltage safety protection mechanisms: Equipped with high-voltage-specific mechanical and electrical interlocks to strictly prevent dangerous actions such as on-load operation and incorrect grounding; the fully enclosed metal shell shields high-voltage electric fields, with built-in high-voltage live display and grounding status monitoring, comprehensively ensuring operation and maintenance safety in high-voltage environments.

• Long-life and low-maintenance characteristics: Solid insulating materials have excellent anti-aging and corrosion-resistant properties; core components are completely isolated from the outside, reducing losses caused by high-voltage arcs and environmental erosion.
