Product Detail

Description:

SF6 circuit-breaker adopts SF6 gas as insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and its arc extinguishing chamber is single voltage variable opening distance, which is mainly used to meet the rated current and fault current, convert the line, and realize the control and protection of the transmission line, and it is equipped with CYT hydraulic operating mechanism for division, closing and automatic reclosing. The circuit breaker is divided into two kinds of products: break without closing resistance and break with closing resistance.

Main Features:

  •  High insulation level, excellent breaking performance of the interrupter.

  •  Equipped with independently-developed CYT hydraulic mechanism, all    hydraulic pipes built in, no leakage, good mechanical reliability.

  • Adopting imported control valve, with stable performance and anti-slow-opening function in case of pressure loss.

  • The component parts are highly interchangeable with other products of company, experienced manufacturing technology, easy to maintain on site.

What is a vacuum interrupter for a tank circuit breaker?

Working Principle:

  • Working Principle: The vacuum arc quenching chamber utilizes the high insulation strength between contacts in a vacuum environment and the rapid diffusion characteristics of arcs in a vacuum to extinguish the arc. When the contacts separate and an arc is generated, the metal vapor and plasma in the arc quickly diffuse and cool in the vacuum environment, preventing the arc from sustaining itself and thus achieving the interruption of the circuit.

Features:

  • Compact and Lightweight: Small size and light weight.

  • Long Life and Simple Maintenance: Long operational life and simple maintenance requirements.

  • Environmental Friendliness: No risk of SF₆ gas leakage, making it more environmentally friendly.

  • Interrupting Capability: While it has excellent performance, its interrupting capability is slightly weaker compared to pressurized arc quenching chambers in high-voltage and high-current applications. Currently, it is primarily used in medium-voltage and some high-voltage applications, such as tank-type vacuum circuit breakers.

Why are the ground fault point and the accident point not at the same location?
Fault Transfer VoltageIn low - voltage distribution systems, there is a type of personal electric shock accident where the accident occurrence point and the system fault point are not at the same location. This kind of accident occurs because after a ground fault happens elsewhere, the generated fault voltage is conducted to the metal casings of other equipment through the PE wire or PEN wire. When the fault voltage on the metal casing of the equipment is higher than the human - body safe voltag

Analysis of Transformer Capacity, Load Rate and Number of Units Selection Issues
The safe and economical operation of power transformers is related to the safety, economy, stability, and reliability of the operations of various industries. The limitations of conditions such as the investment economic indicators for its selection, the economic benefits of maintenance and operation, and the adaptability in the new environment (access of distributed power sources, configuration of energy storage, etc.) make it impossible to include comprehensive factors in other aspects. The cap

What is reactive power measurement?
The power which exists in the circuit when the voltage and current are out of phase to each other, such type of power is known as the reactive power. The formula measures the reactive power in the circuitReactive Power Measurement & VarmetersReactive power measurement is critical as it indicates circuit power loss: low reactive power worsens load power factor, increasing system losses. Varmeters (volt-ampere reactive meters) measure reactive power and are categorized by circuit phases:Single

How to Design and Install a Solar PV System?
How to Design and Install a Solar PV System?
Design and Installation of Solar PV SystemsModern society relies on energy for daily needs like industry, heating, transport, and agriculture, mostly met by non-renewable sources (coal, oil, gas). However, these cause environmental harm, are unevenly distributed, and face price volatility due to limited reserves—driving demand for renewable energy.Solar energy, abundant and capable of meeting global needs, stands out. Standalone PV systems (Fig 1) offer energy independence from utilities.
