The DGK is mainly applied in low-current systems, with a rated current of <630A and a rated breaking current of ≤200kA.
The DGK can complete current limiting and interrupt short-circuit current within 10ms, ensuring that the actual current present in the fault circuit is only 15~50% of the expected short-circuit current.
TXB3 = DGK + switchgear cabinets with different configurations. The TXB3 is assembled by connecting the DGK in series with general-purpose switchgear such as vacuum circuit breakers, load switches, or disconnectors. For normal switching operations and operations involving load current or overload current, these are performed via the switchgear (load switches or circuit breakers) integrated in the TXB3 device.
This product not only achieves low-cost interruption of short-circuit current but also eliminates the need to upgrade the dynamic and thermal stability parameters of relevant electrical equipment in branch circuits. Thus, it realizes rational circuit design and reduces the investment cost of project equipment.
