Traction Rectifier Transformers

Rated capacity: 800 to 4400 kVA; Voltage class: 10 kV and 35 kV; Rectifier pulse number: 12-pulse and 24-pulse. Compared with 12-pulse rectifier circuits, 24-pulse rectifier circuits can reduce the harmonic pollution of the power grid by 50%, and no filtering equipment is needed at this location. It is suitable for power supply systems of urban subways and rail transit.

Excitation Rectifier Transformers

Rated capacity: 315 to 3000 × 3 kVA; Voltage class: 10 kV, 13.8 kV, 15.75 kV, 20 kV and 22 kV. It is usually designed with a single-phase structure, high-voltage phase-isolated enclosed busbar input and shielding between high-voltage coils. It is suitable for static excitation systems of hydropower plants and thermal power plants.

General-Purpose Rectifier Transformers

Rated capacity: 315 to 4000 kVA; Voltage class: 10 kV and 35 kV. It is suitable for rectifier systems of general industrial and mining enterprises.

H-Bridge Rectifier Transformers

Rated capacity: 315 to 2500 kVA; Voltage class: 3 kV and 6 kV. Each phase can be composed of 3 to 9 windings, which can be combined in pairs through phase-shifting connection to form an H-bridge rectifier. It is suitable for AC-DC variable frequency power supply systems of motors.

Three-Phase Five-Leg Rectifier Transformers

Rated capacity: 30 to 2500 kVA; Voltage class: 10 kV and 35 kV. It is used in double-delta rectifier circuits, which can eliminate balance reactors and reduce the impact of voltage-stabilizing current. It also reduces the transportation height. It is suitable for transformers with limited installation space or transformers used in delta rectifier systems.

Metallurgical Electric Furnace Transformers

Rated current: Less than 20,000 A; Voltage class: 10 kV and 35 kV; Equipped with an off-circuit tap changer. It is suitable for high-current electric furnace power supply systems in the metallurgical industry.

Marine and Offshore Platform Transformers

Rated capacity: 30 to 10,000 kVA; Voltage class: 0.38 kV and 35 kV; Certified by China Classification Society (CCS) and holds the CCS Type Approval Certificate for Marine Products. It is suitable for power supply systems on ships and offshore drilling platforms.

Why Must a Transformer Core Be Grounded at Only One Point? Isn't Multi-Point Grounding More Reliable?
Why Does the Transformer Core Need to Be Grounded?During operation, the transformer core, along with the metal structures, parts, and components that fix the core and windings, are all situated in a strong electric field. Under the influence of this electric field, they acquire a relatively high potential with respect to ground. If the core is not grounded, a potential difference will exist between the core and the grounded clamping structures and tank, which may lead to intermittent discharge.I

What’s the Difference Between Rectifier Transformers and Power Transformers?
What is a Rectifier Transformer?"Power conversion" is a general term encompassing rectification, inversion, and frequency conversion, with rectification being the most widely used among them. Rectifier equipment converts input AC power into DC output through rectification and filtering. A rectifier transformer serves as the power supply transformer for such rectifier equipment. In industrial applications, most DC power supplies are obtained by combining a rectifier transformer with rectifier equ

How to Judge, Detect and Troubleshoot Transformer Core Faults
1. Hazards, Causes, and Types of Multi-Point Grounding Faults in Transformer Cores1.1 Hazards of Multi-Point Grounding Faults in the CoreUnder normal operation, a transformer core must be grounded at only one point. During operation, alternating magnetic fields surround the windings. Due to electromagnetic induction, parasitic capacitances exist between the high-voltage and low-voltage windings, between the low-voltage winding and the core, and between the core and the tank. The energized windin
