Product descriptions from the supplier

Description

Descripton:

The single-phase traditional pad-mounted transformer ANSI is designed with superior performance at its core, covering a rated power range of 10-167 kVA. It offers multiple designs including MaxiShrub (ANSI Type 1), Shrubline (ANSI Type 2), and Ranch Runner to adapt to diverse application scenarios. The performance of this series of traditional transformers fully meets or exceeds the relevant standards of ANSI and NEMA. In terms of insulation media selection, the single-phase pad-mounted transformer supports filling with standard electrical-grade insulating mineral oil or fire-resistant FR3 fluid, balancing safety and flexibility.

Features:

  • Flexible Insulation Media Options: Supports FR3 fire-resistant oil to enhance fire safety ratings or electrical-grade mineral oil to meet conventional requirements.

  • Industry Standard Compliance: Performance fully meets or exceeds ANSI (except Ranch Runner front panels), NEMA standards, and DOE energy efficiency requirements.

  • Reliable Core Components: Cores and coils are optimized for high reliability and low field failure rates, available in grain-oriented steel or amorphous steel.

  • Overcurrent Protection Solutions: Standard Bay-O-Net fuses are included, with optional current-limiting fuses or weak-link designs for enhanced protection flexibility.

  • Electrical Connection Compatibility: Tinned high/low-voltage bushing terminals accommodate aluminum or copper conductors, ensuring stable connections.

  • Custom Configuration Capability: Can be specifically configured in accordance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) specifications.
