1. Designus Specificus

1.1 Conceptus Designi

Corporatio State Grid China promovit energiam conservativam et developmentum carbonis minima in rete ad scopos nacionales carbonis maximi (2030) et neutralitatis (2060). Unitates anularis gas-insulatae amicae ambienti representant hanc tendentiam. Nova unitas anularis gas-insulata amicae ambienti 12kV integrata fuit designata combinando technologiam interruptoris vacui cum disconnectoribus tripositivis et circuitobrakeis vacuis. Designus usus SolidWorks pro modello 3D cum structura modulari (tanka gas, camerae depressurizantis, corpus cabineti, camerae instrumentorum). Unitas constat ex compartimentis metallicis separatis (camera mechanismi, camera circuitobrakei, camera cabling, camera instrumentorum), singulis cum canalis depressurizantis independentibus. Designus supportat configurationes unitatum independentium et box communem.

1.2 Integratio Disconnectoris Tripositivi et Circuitobrakei Vacui 

Integratio disconnectorum tripositivorum et circuitobrakei vacui est clavis huius designi, constans ex disconnectoribus tripositivis superioribus interconnectis et dispositivis circuitobrakei duopositivorum inferioribus. Disconnector tripositivus operatur in positionibus terra, clausa, et isolationis, dum circuitobrakeus functionat in statibus apertus/clusus. Armatura supportans laminae isolationis utitur materia nylon alta fortitudine cum bonitate tenacitatis et resistentia caloris. Technologia disci mola Mubea praebet pressionem contactus. 

Operculum uniforme super contactus mobiles certificat uniformitatem electricam et minuit emissiones partiales. Opercula insulantes super bushing triphasici augmentant insulationem interphasiale. 1.4 Circulus Principalis 

Circulus principalis—constans ex bushing cabling, laminae disconnectoris, contactus interruptoris vacui, connections flexibiles, et busbarrae—sigillatur intra tankum aereum stainless steel using lip seals for dynamic parts and O-rings for static sealing, filled with 0.02 MPa nitrogen or dry air. The integrated longitudinal design of the three-position disconnector and vacuum circuit breaker enables modular withdrawal. Phase-to-phase distances are maintained at 150mm for proper insulation. The vacuum interrupter's terminal serves as the rotation center for the disconnector blade, with Z-shaped plastic lever arms translating operating mechanism motion to contact movement.

1.5 Tankus Gas et Linea Productionis

Designus tanki gas prioritavit fabricationem accurate et airtightness. Laser cutting ensures burr-free stainless steel components while robotic welding guarantees seam integrity and mechanical strength. Production employs linear layout with track transport vehicles moving between workstations to optimize workflow efficiency.

2 Analysis Insulationis 

2.1 Insulationis Disconnectoris Tripositivi

Designus tripositivus knife-switch type praebet puncta disconnectionis visibilia et grounding reliable. Using high-strength nylon material for the rotating shaft and aluminum equalizing covers on blade heads enhances field uniformity. Simulation and testing confirmed insulation performance withstands 90kV lightning impulse voltage.

2.2 Insulationis Ground Totale

Analysis focused on critical areas: phase-to-phase and phase-to-tank clearances (minimum 125mm center distance), and insulating components. Strategic placement of solid insulation in high-field areas and gas insulation in low-field areas optimizes field distribution. Additional measures include epoxy encapsulation of contacts, improved Z-arm materials, fiber insulating rods, and shielding covers at busbar connections to prevent field concentration.

3 Conclusio
