Three-phase SF6 Generator Circuit Breaker GCB 33kV

Both main and arcing contacts are fully enclosed in SF6 gas for safe interruption under all fault conditions. A disconnector is integrated in series with the main contacts to provide safe and visible isolation between the generator and the step-up transformer. The short-stroke operating mechanism contributes to a compact footprint without compromising the insulation level. An enhanced passive cooling system using patented heat pipe technology delivers maintenance-free thermal performance for extended service intervals and is continuously monitored online by the GMS600 system.
