Technology property

a. Insulation core should bear the sparking test or GB/T3048.9 or GB/3048.13. Sparking test made only once.

b. Bushing:

    (1) BXF BLXF model wire should be the same as stipulated to model XH-01A.Generally,it is not inflammable at the temperature If 65 ;

    (2) The sheath of BXY,BLXY model power line should be of low density or black polythene;

    (3) The sheath should be closely tightened on the insulation. The surface of the sheath be smooth and its color should be well distributed;

c. The finished product wire should experience soaked voltage testing as stipulated in

A: The BX cable is a copper core rubber insulated wire. 

Q: What are the features of BX cable? 

A: Its copper core guarantees good electrical conductivity. The rubber insulation layer has good insulation, flexibility and wear resistance, and can adapt to a certain degree of bending and friction. This cable has relatively good oil resistance and heat resistance, and can work in some environments with oil or slightly higher temperatures. 

Q: Where are BX cables mainly used?

A: BX cable is suitable for some places that have certain requirements for cable flexibility and exist special environments. For example, in the electrical wiring of some old buildings, BX cables can be better adapted due to the building structure and use needs of the time.
