Medium-voltage metal-enclosed switchgear insulated by conditioned pure air sealed in the tank — no SF6, no fluorinated gas, paired with sealed vacuum interruption for clean, green distribution.

Instead of SF6, the high-voltage compartment is filled with conditioned, dried pure air that provides phase-to-earth and phase-to-phase insulation.
The tank holds conditioned, dried air — breathable, non-toxic and with a global warming potential of zero by definition.
Current interruption is handled by sealed vacuum interrupters, independent of the insulation medium and proven over decades.
Panels are type-tested to IEC 62271-200, holding the same performance class as conventional SF6 gear.

No fluorinated gas sealed in the equipment, so no leakage reporting and no recovery cost at end of life.
Air does not displace oxygen. No asphyxiation risk in cable pits, basements or confined switchrooms.
No phase-out exposure and no fluorinated-gas inventory for utilities with decarbonization targets.
No gas-density top-ups, no gas-recovery disposal, just sealed vacuum parts and air-pressure monitoring.
Steel enclosure and copper busbar recycle as standard materials at the end of the asset life.
SF6-free and zero-GWP are exactly the environmental clauses modern tenders now require.

t is medium-voltage switchgear where the high-voltage compartment is insulated with conditioned, dried pure air instead of SF6, with a sealed vacuum circuit breaker handling interruption.
When the system is dimensioned and type-tested to the IEC 62271 withstand levels, conditioned pure air holds the same class as conventional SF6 equipment.
Yes. Pure air has no global warming potential, so there is no CO2-equivalent leakage to report.
Yes. We manufacture pure air insulated switchgear under OEM/ODM with your nameplate, manuals and packaging.
