This three-phase dry-type isolation transformer is designed for photovoltaic power systems requiring reliable electrical isolation between the PV inverter output and the grid or load. The core is constructed from high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel with fully mitered joints for optimized flux distribution and low core losses.

Windings are built using self-supporting full-series technique and processed with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) to achieve Class F (155°C) or Class H (180°C) insulation. The unit provides galvanic isolation that suppresses grid-side harmonics and voltage transients, ensuring stable operation for sensitive downstream equipment. Suitable for outdoor solar farm installations, industrial power conditioning, and renewable energy integration applications.
