Description

12kv Medium Voltage Switchgear,Intelligent Electrical Solid Insulated switchgear Cabinet,RMU

Overview

The solid insulated switchgear is a completely insulated and sealed environmental protection device. The live parts are sealed in an epoxy resin insulation cylinder, the outer surface is coated with a grounding shielding layer, and the silicon rubber seals the bus. The plug-in solid insulation busbar is used to connect two adjacent switchgears. The entire switchgear is not affected by the external environment.

The solid insulation switch cabinet is composed of a vacuum load switch cabinet, a vacuum load switch fuse combination equipment cabinet and a vacuum circuit breaker cabinet. Suitable for three-phase AC 10kV, 50Hz single bus system, used for receiving and distributing energy equipment. With circuit control, protection, supervision and communication functions. It is suitable for airports, subways, large buildings, secondary substations and industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is especially suitable for places with narrow space, harsh environment, high altitude and maintenance-free.

Feature

  • Intelligent monitoring and remote operation and maintenance: Equipped with built-in IoT sensors and intelligent terminals, it collects real-time operating data such as current, voltage, temperature, and insulation status. Remote monitoring, fault early warning, and data analysis are realized through a cloud platform, supporting remote operation via mobile APP or PC terminal, reducing manual inspection costs and improving operation and maintenance efficiency.

  • Adaptive protection and linkage control: It has intelligent logic judgment functions, which can automatically adjust protection parameters according to changes in the load of the power distribution system, realizing rapid identification and isolation of faults such as overcurrent, short circuit, and grounding. It supports linkage with substation automation systems and energy management platforms to build an intelligent power distribution network and ensure power supply continuity.

  • Solid insulation and environmental safety: Adopting epoxy resin integrated solid insulation technology to replace traditional gas insulation, it eliminates the risk of SF₆ greenhouse gas leakage. Combined with an all-metal enclosed structure, it effectively shields electromagnetic interference, adapts to complex indoor environments such as humidity and dust, and meets the requirements of green power grids and safety specifications.

  • Modular design and flexible expansion: The cabinet adopts modular assembly, and switch units, intelligent modules, communication interfaces, etc., can be replaced or upgraded independently. It supports multiple wiring methods such as ring network and radial type, and reserves expansion interfaces for 5G, edge computing, etc., facilitating the later access of new energy and energy storage equipment, and adapting to the needs of smart parks, Industry 4.0 and other scenarios.

  • Whole-life-cycle data traceability: A built-in storage chip records the whole-life-cycle data such as equipment factory parameters, operation history, and maintenance records. Combined with blockchain technology, it ensures that data cannot be tampered with, providing a reliable basis for equipment maintenance, life evaluation, and fault traceability, and reducing the whole-life-cycle management cost.

  • Human-computer interaction and safety protection: Equipped with a high-definition touch screen and sound-light alarm system, it intuitively displays equipment status and operation guidelines. It integrates functions such as fingerprint recognition and anti-misoperation interlocking to strictly restrict unauthorized operations, and supports fault self-diagnosis and pushes maintenance suggestions, improving operational safety and convenience.

Analysis of Abnormal Causes of High-Voltage Cable Grounding Circulation and Typical Cases
I. Introduction to Cable Grounding Loop CurrentCables rated 110 kV and above use a single-core structure. The alternating magnetic field generated by the operating current induces a voltage on the metallic sheath. If the sheath forms a closed circuit through the earth, a grounding loop current will flow on the metallic sheath. Excessive grounding loop current (loop current exceeding 50 A, more than 20% of the load current, or a ratio of maximum-to-minimum phase current greater than 3) not only a

Considerations and Recommendations for Flame-Retardant Selection of High-Voltage Cables
1.Flame-Retardant Cable Classification StandardsThe flame-retardant standard system is divided into two main categories. The first category follows the "Classification of Burning Behavior for Electric and Optical Fiber Cables" GB 31247. Cables complying with this standard system are widely used in densely populated areas such as high-speed railways and subways. This standard imposes strict requirements on parameters such as smoke density, heat release, and total smoke production, and cables typi

A hybrid DC circuit breaker
A hybrid DC circuit breaker
Most DC molded-case circuit breakers use natural air arc extinction, and there are typically two arc extinguishing methods: one is conventional opening and closing, where the contacts axially stretch the arc, while the conductive circuit generates a magnetic field that bends and elongates the arc, pulling it lengthwise perpendicular to the arc axis. This not only increases the arc length but also induces lateral motion, enabling air cooling to achieve arc extinction. The other method involves the
