Product Overview

The secondary windings are full-enclosed in the flame retardant plastic shells,primary bushing or cable can pass through the inner hole, bottom has installation inserts for fixation. It is simple and shortcut, is suitable for measuring current,signal collection and protective relaying in the medium voltage power system of,bushing or cable etc.

• Intelligent Temperature Compensation System：Integrates PT100 temperature sensors with digital compensation algorithms to monitor ambient temperature in real-time and automatically calibrate. Maintains measurement error within ±0.2% across -40°C to +120°C, effectively resolving accuracy degradation caused by temperature drift in conventional transformers.

• Fully Sealed Explosion-Proof Structure：Features a 316L stainless steel enclosure with dual epoxy vacuum casting, achieving IP68 protection. Certified to IECEx/ATEX standards for use in Zone 1/2 explosive gas atmospheres and Zone 21/22 dust environments. Withstands salt spray corrosion >3000 hours and meets vibration resistance class IEC 60068-2-64.

• Multi-Protocol Intelligent Communication：Equipped with triple communication interfaces: RS485, fiber optic, and wireless LoRa/WiFi. Supports protocols including IEC 61850-9-2, Modbus TCP/RTU, DL/T 645. Built-in web server enables remote configuration and firmware upgrades, capable of simultaneous data transmission to 3 different master stations with differentiated datasets.
