Overview
The DC resistance measurement of windings is one of the routine tests for transformers. Its main purpose is to check whether the connection or mechanical characteristics between windings, between windings and leads are good, and whether the resistances between phases of windings are balanced, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of transformers.
