Product Detail

Product Overview

JDZX10-36 voltage transformer, epoxy resin casting and single pole insulated VT, is widely used indoor for measuring current, electric energy and protective relaying in the isolated neutral system with the frequency 50-60Hz and highest voltage for equipment 36 kV.

Feature:

  • High-Precision Voltage Transformation: Uses high-permeability premium silicon steel for the core and meticulously wound coils to accurately convert 36kV high voltage. With a metering accuracy of up to class 0.2, it delivers extremely precise low-voltage signals for energy metering and power system monitoring, meeting high-precision voltage data requirements and providing reliable data support for stable power system operation.
  • Adaptation to Harsh Indoor Environments: Specifically designed for indoor use with a fully enclosed structure. Internal windings and core are tightly encapsulated via epoxy resin vacuum casting, effectively resisting interference from dust, moisture, etc. It operates stably in indoor environments with temperatures ranging from -5℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity up to 90%, making it ideal for enclosed spaces like indoor substations and switch cabinets.
  • Excellent Insulation Performance: Features a robust insulation layer formed by epoxy resin casting, boasting high insulation strength to withstand 36kV rated voltage and potential operational overvoltage impacts. Its partial discharge level is extremely low (typically ≤10pC), significantly reducing the risk of insulation aging and faults caused by partial discharge, extending service life and ensuring safe, stable power system operation.
  • Compact and Lightweight Design: With an overall compact structure, it is significantly smaller in volume and lighter in weight compared to traditional similar products. This design not only saves valuable indoor installation space but also reduces labor costs and difficulties during installation, allowing flexible and convenient installation in indoor power facilities with limited space.
  • Easy Installation and Maintenance: Complies with standardized installation dimensions, supporting multiple mounting methods such as horizontal and vertical installation. The mounting holes are reasonably positioned for easy connection and fixation with mounting brackets or cabinets. It offers flexible outlet methods, easily achievable via direct outlet or cable connection. Moreover, daily maintenance requires no complex debugging procedures, effectively reducing maintenance time and costs and improving the operational efficiency of power systems.

What are the common faults that occur when low-voltage current transformers are combined with other power equipment?
Low-voltage current transformers, as indispensable measurement and protection devices in power systems, often encounter various faults when used in combination with other power equipment due to environmental factors, equipment linkage issues, and improper installation and maintenance. These faults not only affect the normal operation of power equipment but may also endanger personal safety. Therefore, it is necessary to gain an in-depth understanding of fault types, judgment methods, and prevent

1. Selection of Low - Voltage Current Transformer ConfigurationThere are many factors leading to wrong selection of low - voltage current transformers in civil construction projects. For example, common factors include design problems: the calculated coefficient designed for the load of electrical equipment is relatively large, or the transformation ratio of the current transformer is selected incorrectly. Such a series of reasons will affect the use of electrical equipment. Therefore, in the co

To ensure safe operation of the power system, power equipment operation must be monitored/measured. General devices can’t connect to primary high - voltage equipment directly; instead, large primary currents are scaled down for current transformation, electrical isolation, and use by measurement/protection devices. For AC large - current measurement, conversion to a unified current eases secondary instrument use.Current transformers split into measurement - and protection - type, with accu

1. Overview of Components and IssuesTA (low-voltage current transformer) and electric energy meters are key components of low-voltage electric energy metering. The load current of such meters is no less than 60A. Electric energy meters vary in type, model, and anti-DC performance, and are connected in series in the metering device. Due to the lack of anti-DC capability, they suffer from metering errors under DC component loads, usually caused by non-linear loads. With the increasing use of DC or
