Product Advantages
Unaffected by environmental factors during operation:
All live components are enclosed in a sealed housing, protecting against moisture, pollution, corrosive gases and vapors, dust, and small animals.
High safety for operators and high reliability:
Busbars on the switchgear assembly are located in the SF6 gas chamber, and connections between units use insulated plug-in solid busbars.
Resin-cast and insulated single-phase fuses are installed outside the switchgear enclosure, thus reliably preventing phase-to-phase faults.
Easy installation and expansion, no on-site SF6 gas filling required:
Various cabinets are made into single-cabinet fully enclosed structures, which can be combined in the factory or on-site according to requirements.
The switchgear cabinet of our company is made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, processed by CNC machine tools and riveted together, with good airtightness and reliability.
Compact structure requiring small space.
Lifetime maintenance-free.
The XGN15-12 type unitary ring network switchgear produced by our company has a cabinet made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates processed by CNC machine tools and riveted together. Compared with products from traditional enterprises, it has a more beautiful appearance, a stronger cabinet, and more stable performance. Moreover, the SF6 ring network cabinet has many advantages such as small size (375mm in width × 1400mm in height × 980mm in depth), simple structure, maintenance-free operation, and reasonable price, which are highly favored by the market. Our company's users are distributed in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country except Tibet and Taiwan: it is widely used in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, Wuhan, Xi'an, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanxi and other places, and has consistently received praise from users.
Switchgear Structure
Note: The XGN15-12 type unitary sulfur hexafluoride ring network cabinet consists of the following 4 parts:
① Busbar chamber ② Main switch ③ Cable chamber ④ Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low-voltage control
① Busbar chamber
The busbar chamber is arranged in the upper part of the cabinet. In the busbar chamber, the main busbars are connected together and run through the entire row of switchgears.
② Load switch
The switch chamber is equipped with a sulfur hexafluoride load switch (FLN36 or FLN56). The outer shell of the load switch is made of epoxy resin casting, filled with sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as the insulation medium, and there is an observation hole on the shell. An SF6 gas density gauge or a gas density device with alarm contacts can be installed in the switch chamber according to customer requirements.
③ Cable chamber
The load switch cabinet has a spacious cable chamber, mainly used for cable connections, allowing single-core or three-core cables to be connected using the simplest non-shielded cable lugs. At the same time, the ample space can also accommodate lightning arresters, current transformers, lower earthing switches and other components. According to standard design, the cabinet door is equipped with an observation window and a safety interlock device. The bottom plate of the cable chamber is equipped with a sealing cover and appropriately sized cable clamps with support frames. The bottom plate of the cable chamber and the front door frame can be removed to facilitate cable installation.
④ Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low-voltage control room
The low-voltage room with interlock also functions as a control panel. The low-voltage room is equipped with a spring operating mechanism with a position indicator and a mechanical interlocking device. It can also be equipped with auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergency trip mechanisms, capacitive live line indicators, key locks and electric operating devices. At the same time, the space in the low-voltage room can be used to install control circuits, metering instruments and protection relays. The 750mm wide cabinet is equipped with two identical low-voltage rooms, which can accommodate more accessories.
The entire XGN15 switchgear can be divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part of the cabinet includes the busbar chamber, load switch, operating mechanism and low-voltage room, which is separated from the lower cable chamber. Therefore, equipment installed in the upper unit can be inspected, modified safely and conveniently, and the entire upper unit can be replaced.
