Elektr tizim uchun kompleks izolyator uchta asosiy qismdan iborat: oyoq (FRP), silikon gummi zirzam (HTV) va uch qismi (aniq qilichli qo‘sh, qo‘shlangan qo‘sh, nazorat qilinadigan qo‘sh). Ikki uch qismi crimping usuli bilan oyoqka montajlanadi. Bu mahsulot ajoyib qirlama flashover xususiyatiga, lab pastki kuzishga, ajoyib izolyatsiya xususiyatiga, oz vazniga, oson o‘rnatish va transportlashga, xavfsizlik va ishonchli ishlashga ega. Aylanma kompleks izolyatorlar 40.5kV dan 1100kV gacha bo‘lgan doimiy tok kuchini va ± 100kV dan ± 800kV gacha bo‘lgan dastlabki tok kuchini o‘z ichiga oladigan substation va converter station kabi elektr tarmog‘i jihozlari uchun ishlatiladi. Asosiy qo‘llaniladigan mahsulotlar reaktor qo‘llanmalarini, yuqori bosliqli ajratuvchi shalterning izolyatsiya aylanmasini, busbar qo‘llanmalarini va boshqa yuqori bosliqli jihozlar uchun izolyatsiya qo‘llanmalarini o‘z ichiga oladi.
Mahsulot xususiyatlari
a) Oyoq: Epoxy resin steklovolokon tirbaga orqali ichki izolyatsiya qo‘llanmalarini ta’minlaydi, ajoyib seizmosoprtivnostga va lab pastki kuzishni oldini olishga ega;
b) Silikon gummi zirzam: butun bir donada injektion formalangan, optimallashtirilgan zirzam dizayni, surush masofasining samaradorligini va mahsulotning qirlama flashover tokini oshiradi;
c) Uch qismi: Qo‘sh crimping texnologiyasi orqali montajlanadi, bu esa stabil va ishonchli mexanik xususiyatlarni ta’minlaydi va yukori ishlov berish samaradorligini ta’minlaydi;
d) Mahsulotning umumiy vazni farfor izolyatorlardan osonroq, bu esa oson o‘rnatish, qisqa ishlab chiqarish davri va yukori sifat samaradorligini ta’minlaydi.
