Tori na Coulomb:

Tori na Coulomb ya ce cewa koyar da ake koyara da abu masu shaida ko da ake kudana su suna ce koyar mai tsawo don tashin shaidoyi masu su, amma koyar mai goma don karfin da suka dacewa. Wannan koyar yana aiki a kan zabe ta da suke shaida su wadanda ana son sa su shaida masu rike.
