With the development of the power industry, the miniaturization of power equipment is the trend of future development and also the urgent need of current power users. Miniaturized electrical equipment can not only save and and civil engineering costs, etc., but also reduce the use of greenhouse gas SF6, meeting the requirements of the environmental protection situation. Combining years of high-voltage electrical design experience and absorbing the world's most advanced technical design concepts, our company has developed the latest generation of gasinsulated metal composite combined electrical appliance (HGIS). This combined electrical appliance has a compact structure and is particularly suitable for urban and mountainous substations. It is also the best choice for the renovation of old substations. In addition, this product is also very suitable for 40.5kV digital substations and can be used as digital electrical equipment.
RHP-72.5+PT is ROCKWILL segregated-tank hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) rated at 72.5kV, complying with IEC 62271-203, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102, IEC 61869 and GB/T7674, KEMA type tested. It adopts self-blast SF6 circuit breaker with bistable spring or spring-hydraulic operating mechanism. Available rated current:1600A,2000A,2500A,3150A; rated short-circuit breaking current:25kA,31.5kA,40kA. CB, DS, ES, CT and PT are enclosed in separated SF6 metal tanks while main busbar uses air insulation. The built-in PT provides voltage signal for metering, protection and synchronism check. Widely applied in 66kV transmission substations, renewable energy booster stations and compact urban power grid projects.
