RHP-72.5+PT is ROCKWILL segregated-tank hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) rated at 72.5kV, complying with IEC 62271-203, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102, IEC 61869 and GB/T7674, KEMA type tested. It adopts self-blast SF6 circuit breaker with bistable spring or spring-hydraulic operating mechanism. Available rated current:1600A,2000A,2500A,3150A; rated short-circuit breaking current:25kA,31.5kA,40kA. CB, DS, ES, CT and PT are enclosed in separated SF6 metal tanks while main busbar uses air insulation. The built-in PT provides voltage signal for metering, protection and synchronism check. Widely applied in 66kV transmission substations, renewable energy booster stations and compact urban power grid projects.
RHP HGIS integriert Leistungsschalter, Dreistellungs-Trennschalter-Erdungsschalter sowie Strom- und Spannungswandler in gasgefüllte Tankmodule, während konventionelle Freiluft-AIS-Sammelschienen für den Anschluss vor Ort beibehalten werden. Im Vergleich zu vollgekapselten GIS verbraucht es nur 20 % SF₆-Gas und senkt die Investitionskosten für die Ausrüstung. Im Vergleich zu konventionellen AIS reduziert es die Grundfläche, die Anschlusspunkte und den Wartungsaufwand erheblich. Es schafft eine ausgewogene Balance zwischen Kompaktheit, Kosten und Installationsflexibilität.
Es entspricht vollständig den internationalen IEC-Normen. Es weist ein optimiertes Elektrisches Felddesign mit einer Teilentladung ≤3pC, einen standardisierten langlebigen Federantrieb (6000 Schaltspiele) sowie ein vollständiges mechanisches Verriegelungssystem mit Fünffach-Schutz auf, um Fehlbedienungsrisiken auszuschließen.
