With the development of the power industry, the miniaturization of power equipment is the trend of future development and also the urgent need of current power users. Miniaturized electrical equipment can not only save and and civil engineering costs, etc., but also reduce the use of greenhouse gas SF6, meeting the requirements of the environmental protection situation. Combining years of high-voltage electrical design experience and absorbing the world's most advanced technical design concepts, our company has developed the latest generation of gasinsulated metal composite combined electrical appliance (HGIS). This combined electrical appliance has a compact structure and is particularly suitable for urban and mountainous substations. It is also the best choice for the renovation of old substations. In addition, this product is also very suitable for 40.5kV digital substations and can be used as digital electrical equipment.
RHP-145 is ROCKWILL segregated-tank hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) rated at 145kV, complying with IEC 62271-203, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102 and KEMA type tested. It adopts self-blast SF6 circuit breaker with bistable spring or spring-hydraulic operating mechanism. Available rated current:2000A,2500A,3150A; rated short-circuit breaking current:31.5kA,40kA,50kA. CB, DS, ES and CT are enclosed in separated SF6 metal tanks while main busbar uses air insulation. This standard version has no built-in PT, voltage transformer can be configured as optional RHP-145+PT variant. It features independent gas compartments, compact layout and factory pre-testing, widely used in 132kV transmission substations, renewable energy booster stations and urban power grid projects.
Hybrid gas insulated switchgear for 40.5kV to 245kV, combining compact GIS design with conventional component flexibility for reliable HV protection.
Hybrid gas-insulated switchgear (HGIS) for 126kV and 145kV, offering compact, reliable, and flexible high-voltage protection solutions.
Hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) for 145kV and 170kV systems, delivering compact, reliable protection with flexible configuration.
The voltage covers 40.5kV-145kV and is suitable for scenarios such as power plants, substations, railways, ports, etc. It is particularly suitable for space limited projects such as urban/mountainous substations, renovation of old stations, and rooftop/mobile substations.
RHP HGIS integrates circuit breaker, three‑position disconnector‑earthing switch, CT/VT into gas‑filled tank units, while retaining conventional open‑type AIS busbars for on‑site connection. Compared with full GIS, it consumes only 20% SF₆ gas, lowers equipment investment. Compared with conventional AIS, it greatly reduces footprint, connection points and maintenance workload. It balances compactness, cost and installation flexibility.
Yes. Rockwill provides OEM & ODM service for RHP‑type HGIS. We select qualified regional partners with solid high‑voltage engineering capability and local after‑sales capacity. We focus on technical‑oriented cooperation rather than simple resale business.
