KYN61 36kV 40.5kV air-insulated metal-clad withdrawable Catalog

KYN61 is indoor metal-clad air insulated withdrawable switchgear for nominal 36kV power system with rated voltage 40.5kV. It adopts separated earthed compartments and vacuum circuit breaker handcart, used for receiving, distributing electric power and circuit protection, control and monitoring.

This switchgear complies with IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-1, GB/T 3906 and GB/T 11022. Complete type test reports can be provided for tender submission and project acceptance.

The cabinet is divided into four independent earthed metal compartments: busbar compartment, circuit breaker compartment, cable compartment and control relay compartment. The partition structure prevents fault from spreading between compartments.

The vacuum circuit breaker is mounted on withdrawable handcart. The handcart can be moved between working position and test/isolation position. Maintenance and inspection can be carried out at test position without isolating the main busbar, which improves maintenance convenience.

It adopts full mechanical five-prevention interlock to avoid misoperation. Each compartment has pressure relief plate for internal arc protection. The cabinet protection class is IP3X, and all metal partitions are reliably earthed to ensure personnel safety under normal and fault conditions.
