The single-phase automatic voltage regulator is a pole-mounted on-load tap changing transformer. The intelligent controller monitors the line voltage in real time. When the voltage deviates from the preset range, the on-load tap changer will switch taps automatically without cutting off the load current to compensate voltage drop and keep the output voltage stable.
The regulator follows IEC 60076 power transformer standards and ANSI C57.15 standard for voltage regulators. Relevant IEC standards for control and auxiliary circuits are also adopted. Complete type test reports can be provided for project tender and acceptance.
The equipment is tropicalised for outdoor pole mounting. The enclosure uses anti-corrosion and UV resistant coating. It can operate within ambient temperature from -40°C to +55°C, adapting to high humidity, dust and coastal salt mist environment.
