Home photovoltaic power station energy storage is a system that combines solar photovoltaic conversion systems with energy storage equipment, which can convert solar power generation into storable electrical energy. This system allows household users to generate electricity during the day and store excess energy for use at night or in low light conditions.

Classification of household photovoltaic energy storage:
There are two types of household photovoltaic energy storage, one is grid connected household photovoltaic energy storage, and the other is off grid household photovoltaic energy storage.
Grid connected home photovoltaic energy storage:
It consists of five main parts, including: solar cell array, grid connected inverter, BMS management system, battery pack, and AC load. The system adopts a hybrid power supply of photovoltaic and energy storage systems. When the mains power is normal, the load is powered by the photovoltaic grid connected system and the mains power; When there is a power outage in the city, the energy storage system and photovoltaic grid connected system jointly supply power. The grid connected home energy storage system can be divided into three working modes: mode one: photovoltaic provides energy storage and surplus electricity is connected to the grid; Mode 2: Photovoltaics provide energy storage and some users use electricity; Mode 3: Photovoltaics only provide partial energy storage.
Off grid home photovoltaic energy storage:
It is an independent power supply system (microgrid) with no electrical connection to the grid, so the entire system does not require grid connected inverters, and photovoltaic inverters can meet the requirements. The off grid home energy storage system can be divided into three working modes. Mode 1: Photovoltaics provide energy storage and user electricity consumption (on sunny days); Mode 2: Photovoltaic and energy storage batteries provide electricity for users (cloudy days); Mode 3: Energy storage batteries provide users with electricity (in the evening and on rainy days).

Hybrid Wind-Solar Power System Optimization: A Comprehensive Design Solution for Off-Grid Applications
Introduction and Background1.1 Challenges of Single-Source Power Generation SystemsTraditional standalone photovoltaic (PV) or wind power generation systems have inherent drawbacks. PV power generation is affected by diurnal cycles and weather conditions, while wind power generation relies on unstable wind resources, leading to significant fluctuations in power output. To ensure a continuous power supply, large-capacity battery banks are necessary for energy storage and balance. However, bat
