Pamamahala ng Proyekto ng CIECC

Matapos ang 40 taon ng walang pagod na pagpupunyagi, nakuha ng CIECC ang malaking karanasan sa pamamahala ng proyekto. Ito ay nagbibigay ng komprehensibong at mahalagang serbisyo sa pamamahala ng proyekto para sa mga kliyente nito, upang matiyak ang maayos na pagpapatupad ng iba't ibang proyekto ng konstruksyon.

Ang CIECC ay naging responsable sa pagsasama-sama ng maraming proyekto, kabilang ang Angkor International Airport, isang pangunahing proyekto ng imprastruktura ng kooperasyon ng Belt and Road sa pagitan ng Tsina at Cambodia; ang China-Laos Railway; at ang konstruksyon ng National Stadium (Bird’s Nest). Ang ilang mga proyektong ito ay nanalo ng National Quality Engineering Award, China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, at Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize, at binigyang parangal ng Ministry of Culture and Tourism at SASAC.

Sa karagdagan, ang CIECC ay ibinigay ng AAA rating ng China Tendering and Bidding Association. Ito ay naging bahagi ng Suifenhe Dongning Airport sa Heilongjiang Province, ang konstruksyon at pagsasama-sama ng bidding para sa Beijing’s sub-center transportation hub project, at ang bidding para sa pagsasanggalang sa heolohikal na kalamidad sa Three Gorges reservoir area.

Ang CIECC ay nagbibigay ng sariwang serbisyo sa konsulta sa pagtatantiya ng gastos. Ang mga tagumpay nito dito ay kinabibilangan ng buong auditing para sa Phase-III expansion project ng Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, buong proseso ng pagtatantiya ng gastos para sa terminal construction ng Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, at buong proseso ng kontrol at pagmamanage ng investment para sa follow-up projects ng Three Gorges Project.
