Core cutting machine

The specialized equipment for manufacturing transformer cores is equipped with a servo motor driven feeding system designed by SDRI, the latest cutting technology, and high-speed cutting units. It is equipped with efficient cutting algorithms and Siemens Profinet Ethernet communication technology. It adopts integrated design and supports remote control, and can be connected to MES system for multi-dimensional data management. It is suitable for silicon steel sheets with thicknesses of 0.18-0.35mm, covering five models from HJX (Dxx) -200 to 1000, with cutting burrs ≤ 0.02mm and cutting angle accuracy ± 0.01 °. It has the advantages of fast response, stable performance, time-saving installation and debugging, and high space utilization.
