#Rockwill - The Grassroots Will of Ordinary Stones. Fifteen years ago, I fell short in studies, resources, luck—in almost every aspect of life. I recall between 2002 and 2003, saving up for a desktop computer costing over two thousand yuan (for learning, and of course, playing Age of Empires), I’d even leave it to a coin toss to decide whether I could afford an extra steamed bun for lunch. From 2004 to 2015, my life was riddled with deceptions, exploitation, betrayals, and setbacks—such misfortunes were my norm. I was just an ordinary working-class individual, the kind you might not glance at twice if we passed by each other. Human nature yearns for freedom, but excessive freedom without direction or practical steps only deepens the confusion for people like us. My turning point came with marriage. In 2006, when a lonely soul found support in a partner, I gained inner strength. With that solid foundation and accountability, my life and career goals began to shift subtly… Much later, I deeply realized the power of community. At heart, I’m a minimalist indifferent to fame and gain. My initial aspiration is in founding Rockwill has always been simple: to create a humble grassroots organization where we strive together, support each other, and move forward as one. Thus, at Rockwill, we—as ordinary as "stones"—gather here… With rock-like determination, we withstand the crushing tides of time and courageously survive together.
