The TPM 8 Series CNC Press Brake is a hydraulic servo CNC device specially designed for high-precision sheet metal bending processing, focusing on the bending and forming of stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, copper sheets, carbon steel thin sheets and other materials. It covers a bending force range of 100T~1000T and is compatible with sheet metal of 1600mm~6000mm in bending length. Integrating core functions including automatic crowning compensation, double-guide servo back gauge and multi-die storage, this equipment has a bending angle accuracy of ±0.1° and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, which can complete multi-step bending of complex workpieces. It is widely used in the production and processing of sheet metal components such as electrical cabinets, switchgear, distribution cabinets and new energy equipment chassis, meeting the needs of both mass standardized bending and small-batch customized forming.
① High-precision bending forming: Adopting servo hydraulic drive + automatic crowning compensation technology, it effectively offsets the impact of frame deformation on bending accuracy, ensures no springback deviation in thick plate bending, and maintains the angle accuracy at ±0.1° stably; the double-guide servo back gauge has a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, supporting multi-step continuous bending to meet the precise forming needs of complex workpieces;
② Efficient and intelligent processing mode: Equipped with the TJS-90 CNC system, it supports one-click import of CAD drawings, presetting and storage of bending programs, and can call up more than 100 sets of bending parameters for different workpieces; it is equipped with a quick die change device with a die change time of ≤8 minutes; it supports automatic feeding linkage, and the single-shift processing efficiency is 3~5 times higher than that of traditional bending machines;
③ Full-category sheet metal adaptability: It can bend stainless steel sheets (0.5mm~20mm thick), aluminum sheets (0.5mm~25mm thick), copper sheets (0.5mm~15mm thick) and carbon steel thin sheets (0.5mm~30mm thick); it supports multi-die compatibility, and is suitable for various bending dies such as V-type, curved blade and gooseneck dies to meet the forming requirements of different workpieces;
