Description

Electrical isolation: Block the current path between the high-voltage conductor (rated voltage 12 - 40kV) and the grounded enclosure through composite insulating materials such as silicone rubber or epoxy resin. The power frequency withstand voltage is usually ≥ 35kV (for 12kV systems).
· Gas sealing: Use multiple O-ring seals and a metal flange structure to maintain the airtightness of the SF₆ gas chamber (leakage rate ≤ 0.5% per year).
· Electromagnetic shielding: Install a conductive layer inside to suppress partial discharge, ensuring that the partial discharge quantity ≤ 5pC.

It is the core sealing and pressure bearing component of the high-pressure gas filling cabinet (C-GIS), used to encapsulate insulation gases such as SF6/dry air and high-voltage components
