GT-G copper connector (through-hole) is a through-hole crimping connector designed specifically for copper core wires and cables. Its core advantage lies in the use of a through-hole structure, which can achieve straight through connection of copper conductors. It is widely used in power distribution, industrial equipment wiring, new energy power stations and other scenarios, especially suitable for current transmission needs that require complete conductivity and unobstructed flow of conductors.
Core structure: through-hole design adapted to meet the requirements of penetration
Different from ordinary enclosed connecting pipes, the "through-hole" feature of the GT-G series is its core design highlight:
Through type inner hole: The tube body adopts a fully through type circular hole design, and the diameter of the inner hole is precisely matched with the outer diameter of the compatible copper conductor. The copper conductor can be completely penetrated from both ends of the connecting tube, achieving seamless penetration of "conductor connecting tube conductor" and avoiding changes in the current transmission path caused by obstruction by the tube body;
Two end expansion treatment: Both ends of the connecting pipe are slightly expanded (chamfered) to reduce the frictional resistance when inserting copper conductors, while avoiding sharp pipe openings from scratching the conductor insulation layer or damaging the conductor itself, improving installation convenience and safety;
Uniform wall thickness distribution: The pipe body adopts a symmetrical wall thickness design, and the thickness of the copper material around the through-hole is consistent. After crimping, the pressure can be evenly transmitted to the surface of the conductor, ensuring tight contact at all connection points and no local poor contact problems.
