Product Detail

Product Introduction

The BXJ series flameproof and intrinsically safe high-voltage permanent magnet mechanism vacuum switches for mobile substations in mining applications are equipped with multiple protection functions, including overload, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage, leakage locking, phase loss, over-temperature, wind power and gas locking, as well as emergency shutdown of the upper-level power supply. They are particularly suitable for power supply of underground equipment in large mines with high requirements for safety and automation.

Feature

  • Effective Explosion Protection:Three independent flameproof chambers are designed, with control circuits and main circuits arranged in separate chambers to achieve reliable isolation.

  • Convenience and Reliability:The entire series adopts high-voltage copper bar terminals, featuring large current-carrying capacity and high reliability. The 45° inclined arrangement ensures convenient and reliable wiring.

  • Integrated Module:An integrated module consisting of a 7-inch color touch screen, PLC controller, and DSP sampling unit is adopted, offering high reliability and easy maintenance. The setting value can be continuously adjusted.

  • High Compatibility:A model isolation module integrated with RS485 and RJ45 interfaces is configured to realize intrinsic safety output of communication ports, enabling easy connection to intrinsic safety instruments and equipment. It is compatible with multi-system joint control.

 Advantage

  • Intelligent Control:The PLC intelligent protection system features self-inspection, fault diagnosis, patrol inspection and memory functions. It monitors and digitally displays operating status and fault indicators in real-time, facilitating system usage, maintenance, fault judgment and handling.

  • Safety and Reliability:Current can be continuously set with a step value of 1A, enabling safe and reliable live maintenance, operation and upkeep. All faults trigger the high-voltage side vacuum circuit breaker to trip via signal lines, reducing breaking current.

  • Multiple Protections:Equipped with protection functions including overload, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage, leakage locking, phase loss, over-temperature, wind power and gas locking, emergency shutdown of upper-level power supply, etc. It can also protect against faults fed back from the low-voltage side of the mobile substation.

  • Modular Design:Comes with standard RS232/485 communication interfaces, capable of real-time monitoring and transmitting digitally displayed operating status and fault indicators. It integrates with mine automation networks to form a complete mine automation monitoring system.

What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
What is the difference between a dielectric and an insulator?
Dielectrics and insulators are distinguished primarily by their applications. One of the main differences is that a dielectric can store electrical energy by becoming polarized in an electric field, whereas an insulator resists the flow of electrons to prevent current conduction. Other key differences between them are outlined in the comparison chart below.Definition of DielectricA dielectric material is a type of insulator that contains few or no free electrons. When subjected to an electric fi

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil Leakage at Welded JointsOil leakage at welded joints primarily stems from poor welding quality, such as incomplete or detached welds, and defects like pinholes and gas pores. Although oil-immersed transformers are initially coated with solder and paint during manufacturing, potentially masking these issues temporarily, the defects tend to surface during operation. Additionally, electromagnetic vibration can cause weld cracks, leading to oil leakage. To resolve such leaks, the first critical s

What losses occur during operation of the transformer? How to reduce losses?
Transformers experience various types of losses during operation, primarily categorized into two main types: copper losses and iron losses.Copper LossesCopper losses, also known as I²R losses, are caused by the electrical resistance of the transformer windings—typically made of copper. As current flows through the windings, energy is dissipated in the form of heat. These losses are proportional to the square of the load current (I²R), meaning they increase significantly with high
