Description

This system uses the mutual load method to conduct temperature rise tests on distribution transformers, and can also conduct temperature rise tests on two transformers of the same specifications. The system can adjust the working voltage and load current of the transformers separately, simulate the operating status of the transformers, and measure the temperature rise parameters of the transformers in real operation. Therefore, the measurement speed is fast and the accuracy is high. Especially for dry-type transformers, testing can be completed in one go, reducing testing time exponentially, greatly improving work efficiency, and also greatly improving testing accuracy. It is the preferred equipment for transformer temperature rise test.

Features

The experimental device adopts an integrated design and is controlled by an industrial computer. It can automatically complete the temperature rise test of two transformers of 2500KVA and below with one key connection.
The experimental device is equipped with a transformer working voltage regulation system and an operating current regulation system, which automatically regulate the transformer to operate at its rated state.
The test device integrates a high-voltage switching device and a low-voltage high current switching device, which automatically switches to the operating state and the thermal resistance measurement state according to the test process, and completes the test process automatically.
The experimental system integrates four sets of DC resistance testing modules and two sets of precision power analyzers to accurately measure system parameters and form detailed experimental records.
The experimental system is equipped with 16 precision thermometers to monitor the temperature of the environment, oil level, radiator inlet and outlet of two transformers, display the temperature rise parameters of each part, and load them into the test record,
The testing system is equipped with an LED display screen, which can indicate the testing status at any time during the testing process.
One click automatic completion of temperature rise test process and automatic issuance of test report.
 The experimental device has a communication interface that enables digital management of information technology and interaction with cloud platform management systems
