עקרון פעולה חשמלי:

• מונה פגיעות ברק מורכב בעיקר מרכיבים כגון תווך מדגם, גשר סיליקון, kondensator压电容和电磁计数器等组件。避雷器的放电电流在非线性电阻（压敏电阻）上产生电压，并通过硅桥整流器给电容器充电，然后放电到电磁计数器。每次放电时，计数器都会记录一次，从而实现对避雷器动作次数的记录。

•  该产品的外壳采用优质不锈钢外壳，具有良好的耐腐蚀性和密封性能，不受外部环境影响。内部组件具有良好的抗老化性能，可以在电力系统中长期运行。

JSY-11S避雷器放电计数器采用双指针显示。显示清晰，便于观察。计数周期指数为0到999，即一个周期为1000次。这有利于在短时间内相对完整地记录避雷器经历雷击的次数。

检验与验收及安装：

 检验与验收：

•  检验和验收产品时，打开包装箱并检查随附文件（操作手册、装箱单和合格证）是否齐全。

•  根据装箱单检查配件是否齐全。同时，检查产品外观是否有划痕，绝缘子是否有裂纹和脱落。

安装时，计数器面板平面与水平面之间的夹角应小于85°，以避免积水影响观察。使用M10螺栓将金属外壳底座固定在金属支架上，并通过接地母线接地。（监控底座也可以作为接地母线。）另一端通过绝缘子顶部连接电极，并通过导线（或铝条）连接避雷器的低压端。必须牢固安装并可靠接触。（安装尺寸请参见附图。）

测试方法：

用户收到产品后，可以使用以下方法对产品进行测试。

• 操作性能测试：将一个耐压超过500V且容量超过5MFD的电容器连接到500V兆欧表。以每分钟90至120转的速度旋转兆欧表，给电容器充电。当用万用表监测到电容器电压为300V时，断开电容器与兆欧表的连接。用电容器瞬间对计数器放电，计数器应计数一次。连续进行10次，应可靠操作。

• 放电计数器的测试也可以使用我厂生产的专用测试仪进行。详情请参见JCQT6000避雷器监测测试仪说明书。

注意事项：

• 放电计数器投入运行后，值班人员应持续监控并定期记录放电计数器的读数，以便掌握避雷器经历雷电流的次数。

• 注意不要对绝缘子施加过大的应力，以免破坏密封。同时，用户不得随意拆卸避雷器放电计数器。

质量保证：

在用户按照规定使用和安装产品的条件下，公司在“三包”期内负责“三包”售后服务。“三包”期为一年。如有特殊要求，用户可来函协商。

避雷器计数器如何工作？

当浪涌电流（如由雷电引起的过电流）通过避雷器时，避雷器会动作，将浪涌电流引入地面。同时，连接的避雷器计数器中的电流传感器会检测到这个电流信号。传感器产生的信号随后被信号处理电路转换和处理。处理后，信号触发计数单元增加计数，使显示的数字增加一个，表示避雷器已经执行了一次动作。

• מונה הפגיעות מורכב בעיקר מרכיבים כגון טוואריסטור מדגם, גשר סיליקון, קונדנסטור גבוה-מתח ומונה אלקטרומגנטי. הזרם הנפלט מהמגן ברק יוצר מתח על הטוואריסטור (התנגדות לא ליניארית), ומלaden with high-voltage capacitor and electromagnetic counter, etc. The discharge current of the lightning arrester generates voltage on the varistor (nonlinear resistance), and charges the capacitor through the silicon bridge rectifier, then discharges to the electromagnetic counter. The counter records each discharge, thus recording the number of operations of the lightning arrester.

• The enclosure of this product uses premium stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and sealing properties, and is not affected by the external environment. The internal components have good aging resistance and can operate in the power system for a long time.

The JSY-11S lightning arrester discharge counter uses a dual-pointer display. The display is clear and easy to observe. The counting cycle index ranges from 0 to 999, meaning one cycle is 1000 times. This is beneficial for relatively complete recording of the number of lightning strikes through the lightning arrester in a short period of time.

Inspection and Acceptance:

• When inspecting and accepting products, open the packaging box and check whether the accompanying documents (operation manual, packing list, and certificate of approval) are complete.

• Check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list. At the same time, inspect whether the product appearance has scratches and whether the insulator has cracks or missing pieces.

During installation, the angle between the plane of the counter panel and the horizontal plane should be less than 85° to avoid water accumulation affecting observation. Use M10 bolts to fix the metal enclosure base to the metal support and connect it to the ground through the grounding bus. (The monitor base can also serve as the grounding bus.) The other end connects the electrode through the top of the insulator and connects the low-voltage end of the lightning arrester with a wire (or aluminum strip). It must be securely installed and reliably connected. (Installation dimensions, please refer to the attached drawing.)

Test methods:

When users receive the products, they can use the following methods to test the products.

• Operation Performance Test: Connect a capacitor with a voltage rating over 500V and a capacity over 5MFD to a 500V megohmmeter. Rotate the megohmmeter at a speed of 90 to 120 revolutions per minute to charge the capacitor. When the capacitor voltage is monitored to be 300V using a multimeter, disconnect the capacitor from the megohmmeter. Use the capacitor to instantaneously discharge the counter, and the counter should record it as one count. Perform this 10 times consecutively, and they should all be reliable operations.

• The test of the discharge counter can also be performed using the specialized tester produced by our factory. For details, please see the Instruction Manual for the JCQT6000 Lightning Arrester Monitor Tester.

Precautions:

• After putting the discharge counter into operation, operators on duty shall continuously monitor it and regularly record the readings of the discharge counter to keep track of the number of times lightning current passes through the lightning arrester.

• Avoid overstressing the insulator to prevent damage to the seal. Users should not disassemble the lightning arrester discharge counter casually.

Under the condition that the user uses and installs the product according to regulations, the company is responsible for "Three Guarantees" after-sales service within the "Three Guarantees" period. How does a surge arrester counter work?

When a surge current (such as overcurrent caused by lightning) passes through the surge arrester, the arrester operates to divert the surge current into the ground. At the same time, the current sensor in the connected surge arrester counter detects this current signal. The signal generated by the sensor is then converted and processed by the signal processing circuit. After processing, the signal triggers the counting unit to increment the count, causing the displayed number to increase by one, indicating that the arrester has performed one operation.
