Brush wire

The product standard for copper brush wire is based on GB12970.4-91. The model of copper brush wire is TS copper brush wire; TSR copper soft brush wire.
The specifications of copper brush wires are: TS type (0.25mm-16mm) TSR type (0.6mm-6mm).
Twisting: The outermost layer of copper brush wire is twisted in the right direction, unless otherwise agreed by the supply and demand parties. The twisting direction of adjacent layers is opposite, and the twisting direction of the stranded wire is specified by the manufacturer.
Elongation rate: The elongation rate of TS type copper brush wire is not less than 18%; The elongation of TSR type soft copper brush wire should not be less than 15%.
Surface requirements: The surface of the electric brush wire should be smooth and free of any hair defects, such as golden yellow or light red caused by softening treatment
The colored surface can still be used as a qualified product.
