Product Overview
SF6 gas is excellent in insulation property, non-flammability and environmental performance. It has laid the foundation of its extensive use due to the advantages of non-flammability, insulativity and safety.Apply to:high-rise building, underground, space-limited, density populated and highly safety required for fire & explosion proof regionAll GITs made by Rockwill pass the factory and site tests at the first trial, the qualification rate is 100% and the accident rate is zero until now.Unique GIT manufacture in China for 220kV grade.
Feature:
High insulation performance: Uses SF₆ gas as the insulation medium, with insulation strength far exceeding that of traditional oil-immersed or dry-type transformers. It is suitable for 220kV high-voltage systems and can operate stably under high voltage.
Compact structural design: The gas insulation feature significantly reduces the volume, with an occupied area only 30%-50% of that of oil-immersed transformers of the same capacity, making it suitable for space-constrained scenarios such as urban substations and underground power stations.
Strong environmental adaptability: The fully sealed structure can resist harsh environments such as dust, humidity, and corrosive gases, with low maintenance requirements, especially suitable for complex working conditions in coastal areas and industrial zones.
High safety and reliability: No flammable insulating oil, avoiding fire risks; the arc-extinguishing property of SF₆ gas can reduce the impact of internal faults and improve the safety of power grid operation.
Efficient energy transmission: Low-loss iron core and winding design, combined with an optimized heat dissipation structure, ensure efficient operation at the rated capacity of 75MVA and reduce energy loss.
Integrated configuration: Often compatible with gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), realizing the integrated layout of transformers and switchgear, simplifying power grid wiring and improving system coordination.
