Description
The withstand voltage test vehicle is a mobile high-voltage testing equipment with a motorized chassis as the carrier, integrating frequency conversion boosting, power distribution control, safety protection and other systems. It is mainly suitable for power equipment with voltage levels of 750kV and below.
It can independently complete induced withstand voltage tests, single-phase no-load loss tests for transformers, as well as AC withstand voltage tests for equipment such as GIS, circuit breakers and cables. Equipped with a "one-click" hydraulic deployment platform, it requires no on-site hoisting; the main circuit wires are fixedly connected to avoid repeated wiring. The enclosed container is resistant to wind, rain and sand, and the operation safety is ensured through optical fiber/wireless communication.
At the same time, it integrates video monitoring, lighting and a full set of auxiliary equipment, which can quickly respond to operation needs in scenarios such as outdoor areas and substations, greatly shortening on-site preparation time and improving the efficiency and safety of power equipment withstand voltage testing.
