Veter/solarni hibridni nadzornik je naprava, ki hkrati nadzira vetrne turbine in solarni panele ter pretvarja veter in sončno energijo v električno energijo, ki se shranjuje v baterijski nabor. Veter/solarni hibridni nadzornik je najpomembnejši del sistema brez povezave z omrežjem, kjer ima njegovo delovanje velik vpliv na življenjsko dobo in delovanje celotnega sistema, zlasti pri ohranjanju življenjske dobe baterij. Življenjska doba baterije se v vsakem primeru skrči zaradi prekomernega polnjenja ali razpolnjenja.

Nekatere funkcije so izbirne, kot so funkcija merjenja hitrosti vetra, funkcija nadzora vrtilne hitrosti in funkcija temperaturne kompensacije.
RS232/RS485/RJ45/GPRS/Bluetooth/Zigbee so izbirni. (Sistem je mogoče nadzirati preko aplikacije za tiste z GPRS/WIFI/Bluetooth povezavo)
