Pregled standardov za preverjanje naprav za ureditev napetosti V svoji leta testiranja sem se soočil z dobro razvito sistemom standardov za preverjanje naprav za ureditev napetosti, ki glavno zajema tri kategorije: nacionalni standardi, industrijski standardi in mednarodni standardi. 1.1 Industrijski standard: JB/T 8749.1 - 2022 To je osnovni industrijski standard za testiranje naprav za ureditev napetosti. V vsakdanjem testiranju strogo upoštevam osnovne tehnične zahteve in metode testiranja, ki jih določa za enofazne ureditve napetosti. Standard razdeli ureditve napetosti na tipe, kot so stikna, indukcijska in elektronska, pri čemer ima vsak tip posebne zahteve za testiranje. Na primer, stikne ureditve napetosti zahtevajo pozornost na stabilnost stika med štoperji in navoji; indukcijske pa zahtevajo pozornost na magnetoindukcijo in karakteristike segrevanja. Te razlike pomenijo, da moramo med postopkom prilagajati naše metode testiranja. 1.2 Nacionalni standardi 1.3 Mednarodni standardi Mednarodno IEC 60076 Serija se nanaša na testiranje izolacije in segrevanja ureditev napetosti; IEEE C57 Serija pokriva zaščito pred kratkimi zapori in testiranje lastnosti optereženosti ureditev napetosti. Ti standardi so ključni za mednarodno vzajemno priznavanje in kakovostno kontrolo ureditev napetosti. Ko preverjam izvozno opremo, mora zadostovati tako domačim kot mednarodnim standardom. Tudi pozorno spremljam razlike med temi standardi, da pomagam podjetjem prilagoditi svoje izdelke. V splošnem se standardi za preverjanje ureditev napetosti v električnih sistemih zavzemajo za štiri kategorije: električne zmogljivosti, mehanske zmogljivosti, prilagodljivosti okolja in funkcionalne varnosti. Pokrivajo teste, kot so upornost izolacije, moč trajanja napetosti, natančnost izhoda, mehansko življenje, segrevanje, raven zaščite, zaščita pred kratkimi zapori in pretiskom itd. Med testiranjem strogo upoštevam te standarde, da zagotovim zanesljivo delovanje opreme. 2.
