1. Pregled standardov za preverjanje naprav za ureditev napetosti

V svoji leta testiranja sem se soočil z dobro razvito sistemom standardov za preverjanje naprav za ureditev napetosti, ki glavno zajema tri kategorije: nacionalni standardi, industrijski standardi in mednarodni standardi.

1.1 Industrijski standard: JB/T 8749.1 - 2022

Na primer, stikne ureditve napetosti zahtevajo pozornost na stabilnost stika med štoperji in navoji; indukcijske pa zahtevajo pozornost na magnetoindukcijo in karakteristike segrevanja. Te razlike pomenijo, da moramo med postopkom prilagajati naše metode testiranja.

1.2 Nacionalni standardi

  • GB/T 156 - 2017 "Standardna napetost: Določa klasifikacijo ravni napetosti v električnih sistemih, kar mi ponuja referenco za določanje, ali je obseg ureditve napetosti v skladu. Pokrivajo teste, kot so upornost izolacije, moč trajanja napetosti, natančnost izhoda, mehansko življenje, segrevanje, raven zaščite, zaščita pred kratkimi zapori in pretiskom itd. Med testiranjem strogo upoštevam te standarde, da zagotovim zanesljivo delovanje opreme.
